Todays, most organizations have recognized but despite this problem in the aviation Training university, there is no specific study in this field. On the other hand, proper training to pilot training student, improving safety and reliability of the aircraft, increasing awareness of pilot professors and other factors in reducing damage can be very effective. Every year, a number of students register in university and aeronautical organizations to learn pilot skills that should be some safety acts to preserve their lives during education. In this paper, identification, documentation and rating of all kinds of risks in pilot training have been made to this end; it is possible to prevent any kind of risk during training by providing a suitable approach. This study uses the Job Safety Analysis to identify and assess the existing or potential risks in pilot training and uses the questionnaire technique to rank the identified risks. The analysis of the risk assessment model showed that each student and Professors have weaknesses that need to be addressed which, in the end, will provide solutions to address these risks and reduce them so that organizations associated with The implementation of this method reduces the risk, incidents and risks of existing ones. <span><span><span>تحلیل و ارزیابی ریسک در زمینه هوانوردی از عوامل کمک­کننده در کاهش حوادث و هزینه­های جانی و مالی است. امروزه بیشتر سازمان‌ها به اهمیت فزاینده مدیریت ریسک پی برده­اند، اما متاسفانه با وجود این مسئله، در زمینه تحلیل خطر و ریسک­های موجود در زمینه هوانوردی تاکنون مطالعات بخصوصی در این زمینه صورت نگرفته است. از طرفی، آموزش مناسب به کارآموزان آموزش خلبانی، بهبود ایمنی و قابلیت اطمینان در هواپیما، افزایش آگاهی­های اساتید خلبان و دیگر عوامل در کاهش خسارات بسیار می­توان موثر باشد. هر ساله تعدادی از افراد جهت آموزش مهارت‌های خلبانی وارد دانشگاه­ها و سازمان­های هوایی می­شوند که برای حفظ جان آن­ها در هنگام تعلیم باید تدابیری صورت پذیرد. در این مقاله شناسایی، مستندسازی و رتبه‌بندی انواع ریسک</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span>­</span></span><span><span><span>های موجود در آموزش خلبانی و در حین پرواز صورت گرفته است تا بدین وسیله بتوان با ارائه راهکاری مناسب، از هر نوع خطر در هنگام آموزش جلوگیری کرد. این مطالعه، از روش آنالیز ایمنی شغلی برای شناسایی و ارزیابی ریسک</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span>­</span></span><span><span><span>های موجود یا بالقوه در آموزش خلبانی استفاده کرده و با استفاده از تکنیک پرسشنامه، خطرهای شناسایی شده را رتبه‌بندی می­کند. تجزیه و تحلیل مدل ارزیابی ریسک نشان داد که، هر کدام از کارآموزان در پرواز و اساتید در آموزش یکسری نقاط ضعف دارند که باید برطرف شود که در پایان، راهکارهایی برای مقابله با این ریسک‌ها و کاهش آن‌ها ارائه می‌گردد تا سازمان­های مرتبط با پیاده‌سازی این روش ارزیابی ریسک، حوادث و خطرات موجود را کاهش دهند.</span></span></span> https://www.joae.ir/article_121874_bf6d16b73cee7e85e83323f40ea84930.pdf
