Composite parts are subjected to different loading rates under mechanical loads and therefore must have sufficient strength against such various loads. In this paper, the behavior of hybrid composite with layers of glass and kenaf fibers under impact loading is investigated and analyzed. The effect of a number of layers on energy absorption, initial peak force as well as damage area was discussed. In the following, the results of experimental tests are compared with the numerical method by ABAQUS/EXPLCIT software, and the results show that the two methods are in good agreement and close to each other. The results showed that increasing the number of layers from 5 to 13 layers increases the initial strength and peak force by 85%. Also, by studying the specific energy absorption (SEA), it was found that increasing the number of layers at the optimal point increases the SEA so that increasing the number of layers from 5 to 9 layers causes a decrease of 3% and then increasing the number of layers up to 13 layers Increases SEA by 26%. It was observed that the energy absorption improved by 51% with the proper arrangement of layers of glass fibers and kenaf. At the end of the study, the failure mode of composites showed that the main mechanism of energy absorption in the back surface of composite plates is the debonding of layers with matrix fracture and fiber breakage.}, keywords = {Laminated composite,energy absorber,low-velocity impact,Glass fibers,Hemp fibers}, title_fa = {بررسی تجربی صفحات کامپوزیتی هیبرید شیشه/کناف تحت بارگذاری ضربه سرعت پایین}, abstract_fa = {امروزه، کاربرد مواد کامپوزیتی به طور وسیعی گسترش یافته است. قطعات کامپوزیتی تحت بارهای ضربه ای، همراه با نرخهای مختلف بارگذاری قرار دارند و لذا باید استحکام کافی درمقابل این گونه بارگذاریها را داشته باشند. در این مقاله رفتار کامپوزیت هیبریدی با لایه های الیاف شیشه و کناف تحت بارگزاری ضربهای نفوذی مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. تاثیر تعداد لایهها بر میزان جذب انرژی، نیروی بیشینه اولیه و همچنین ناحیه تخریب بحث شده است. در ادامه نتایج آزمونهای تجربی با روش عددی توسط نرم افزار اباکوس مورد مقایسه قرار گرفته که نتایج نشان از تطابق خوب دو روش با یکدیگر دارند. در پایان تاثیر چیدمان لایه ها و ترتیب قرارگیری الیاف شیشه و کناف بر جذب انرژی و نیروی نفوذی بررسی شده است. نتایج نشان داد افزایش تعداد لایه ها از 5 تا 13 لایه میزان استحکام و مقاومت اولیه را تا 85 درصد افزایش میدهد. همچنین با مطالعه میزان جذب انرژی ویژه (SEA)، مشخص شد افزایش تعداد لایه ها در نقطه ای بهینه باعث افزایش SEA میشود به طوریکه افزایش تعداد لایه ها از 5 به 9 لایه باعث کاهش 3 درصدی میشود و در ادامه با افزایش تعداد لایه ها تا 13 لایه SEA را 26 درصد افزایش میدهد. مشاهده شد با آرایش مناسب لایه های الیاف شیشه و کناف جذب انرژی 51 درصد بهبود پیدا کرد. در پایان مطالعه سطح شکست کامپوزیت ها نشان داد مکانیزم اصلی جذب انرژی در سطح پشتی صفحات کامپوزیتی جدایش لایه ها به همراه شکست ماتریس و پارگی الیاف میباشد.}, keywords_fa = {کامپوزیت لایه ای,جاذب انرژی,ضربه نفوذی,الیاف شیشه,الیاف کنف}, url = {https://www.joae.ir/article_159041.html}, eprint = {https://www.joae.ir/article_159041_4b9a3bc0e194fe4cbf100f621cf18bcd.pdf} }
