The optimization process is based on response surface method, I-optimal design expriment, and helicopter inverse simulation program (HISP), developing mathematical model of performance, and Turning a multi-objective optimization problem into a one-objective problem using Desirability approach that the optimal numerical solution will eventually be calculated. The effects of helicopter weight and blade planform parameters (i.e., root chord, taper ratio, the taper starting point on the blade, and blade twist) on the performance and handling quality of the helicopter are therefore investigated. Responses of helicopter were obtained through a HISP developed for rotors with quasi-steady aerodynamic formulations. The resulting system provides a systematic evaluation to examine the rotor blade design variables and their interactions, thus reducing the time and cost of designing rotor blades. The results also confirm that the optimum tapered blade lowers the power required by about 7% and enhances the lift-to-drag ratio and roll attitude quickness up to 10% and 36% with a satisfactory improvement relative to the helicopter with rectangular planform a NACA 0012 cross-section in slalom maneuver, which is a good improvement for rotor blade design.}, keywords = {Helicopter,Experimental Design,Inverse simulation,optimization}, title_fa = {بهینه‌سازی عملکرد روتور اصلی بالگرد در مانورعرضی با استفاده از شبیه‌سازی معکوس}, abstract_fa = {در این مقاله نتایج طراحی روتور اصلی بهینه با هدف دستیابی به توان مورد نیاز کمینه، نسبت برآ به پسای و چالاکی بیشینه با استفاده از تکنیک بهینه‌سازی عددی برای بالگرد با یک روتور اصلی در مانور مارپیچ ارائه می‌شود. فرآیند بهینه‌سازی اساساً مبتنی بر روش پاسخ سطح، طراحی آزمایش به روش بهینه I، شبیه‌سازی معکوس بالگرد، توسعه مدل ریاضی عملکرد، تبدیل مساله بهینه‌سازی چند هدفه به مساله تک هدفه با استفاده از تابع مطلوبیت و نهایتاً یافتن حل عددی بهینه است. تاثیر پارامترهای طراحی شامل وزن بالگرد و مشخصات هندسی پره‌های روتور اصلی (وتر پره، نسبت باریک‌شوندگی پره، نقطه شروع باریک‌شوندگی روی پره و پیچش پره) بر کارآیی و خوش‌دستی بالگرد مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. پاسخ‌های سیستم از طریق شبیه‌سازی معکوس شش درجه آزادی (غیرخطی) با مدل آیرودینامیک شبه دائم روتور اصلی استخراج می‌شود. بدیهی است با فرایند مطرح در این تحقیق، تحلیل و بررسی دقیق پارامترهای طراحی روتور اصلی و اثرات متقابل آن‌ها بر پاسخ‌های عملکردی بالگردها امکان‌پذیر شده و این موجب کاهش زمان و هزینه طراحی پره‌های مدرن برای روتور اصلی می‌شود. نتایج حاصل نشان می‌دهد که پره بهینه با مشخصات هندسی مشخص، توان مورد نیاز بالگرد در مانور مارپیچ را در حدود 7 درصد کاهش داده و نسبت برآ به پسا و تندی رول بالگرد را به ترتیب 10 و 36 درصد نسبت به بالگرد با پره مستطیلی با ایرفویل ناکا 0012 افزایش می‌دهد که این نشانگر بهبود قابل‌ملاحظه در طراحی پره‌های روتور اصلی محسوب می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {بالگرد,طراحی آزمایش,شبیه‌سازی معکوس,بهینه‌سازی}, url = {https://www.joae.ir/article_159033.html}, eprint = {https://www.joae.ir/article_159033_1c15e69ba2814e2e7a63c2e51f648781.pdf} }
