The metal used is often aluminum and the fiber is Aramid, Carbon or Glass depend on the application. In this study, we have used aluminum-fiber glass laminates (GLARE) due to its vast application because of its high mechanical resistance. At first, the effect of impact energy on fiber-metal composite in low velocity impact was analyzed experimentally. It was concluded that by increasing the primitive energy of the impactor, composite structure shows more toughness and energy attraction rate. Afterward, by modeling the performed tests in LS-DYNA software, a validation was conducted. Due to the subtle difference between numerical and experimental result, the validation of the modeling was accepted. In the last step, the effect of changing the thickness of layers on a generally fixed thickness composite structure was studied numerically. It was concluded that increasing the thickness of fiber layers and decreasing the thickness of aluminum layers lead to an increase of the collision time span and a decrease of the composite structure toughness.}, keywords = {Fiber-Metal Laminates,impactor energy,Low velocity impact,layers thickness}, title_fa = {تأثیر انرژی ضربه زننده و ضخامت لایه‌ها در ضربه سرعت پائین بر روی چندلایه‌های فلز- الیاف}, abstract_fa = {کامپوزیت‌های لایه‌ای فلز- الیاف از به هم چسباندن لایه‌های فلزی و کامپوزیتی الیاف و رزین به هم، ساخته می‌شوند. فلز به کار رفته اغلب آلومینیم است و الیاف به طور کلی بر اساس کارکرد مورد انتظار، از جنس آرامید، کربن یا شیشه هستند. کامپوزیت مورد نظر ما در این پژوهش چند لایه آلومینیم- الیاف شیشه (GLARE) می‌باشد که به دلیل مقاومت مکانیکی بالا کاربرد وسیعی در صنایع هوایی و... دارد. در این مقاله در ابتدا اثر تغییر در انرژی ضربه زننده در ضربه سرعت پائین برروی کامپوزیت فلز- الیاف را به صورت تجربی مورد بحث قرار داده و به این نتیجه می‌رسیم که با افزایش در انرژی اولیه ضربه زننده سازه کامپوزیتی سفتی بیشتری نشان داده و میزان جذب انرژی افزایش می‌یابد. سپس با مدل‌سازی آزمایشهای انجام شده در نرم‌افزار LS-DYNA ضمن به دست آوردن نتایج مشابه از تحلیل عددی (نرم‌افزاری)، به مقایسه نمودارهای حاصل از تحلیل‌های عددی و نرم‌افزاری خواهیم پرداخت و با مشاهده اختلاف کم میان این نمودارها به صحت مدلسازی‌های انجام شده پی می‌بریم. در مرحله آخر نیز به بررسی عددی اثر تغییر در ضخامت لایه‌ها در یک سازه کامپوزیتی با ضخامت کلی ثابت پرداخته و نتیجه می گیریم که افزایش در ضخامت لایه‌های الیاف و کاهش ضخامت لایه‌های آلومینیمی ‌موجب افزایش مدت زمان برخورد و کاهش سفتی سازه کامپوزیتی می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {چند لایه‌های فلز الیاف,انرژی ضربه زننده,ضربه سرعت پائین,ضخامت لایه‌ها}, url = {https://www.joae.ir/article_121557.html}, eprint = {https://www.joae.ir/article_121557_1587660c2fe3e4b630200083d9cf29e6.pdf} }
