It was concluded that hot compartment defects are significant in numbers. Due to the long time performance, this engine has many limitations; ignoring these limitations will cause severe damages to the hot compartment of the engine. Using numerical method which has both sufficient accuracy and low cost in comparison to experimental tests, temperature distribution and output temperature for this micro-turbine were computed. Afterward, by proposing a new geometry for the combustion chamber and conducting new simulation, a better performance was achieved. Changes in cooling holes and diluting holes configuration resulted in smoother temperature profile near the wall boundary and also output of the combustion chamber. This smoother temperature resulted in the reduction of the defects in combustion chamber and turbine blades. By comparing the temperature profile of both geometries it is evident that the proposed geometry has fewer temperature peaks in compare to the original one and it also has a smoother temperature distribution. According to the fact that mean output temperature of the original combustion chamber and proposed chamber is 950K and 1000k respectively, it is concluded that by using the proposed geometry, thermal efficiency is improved by 8 percent.}, keywords = {Micro-turbine combustion chamber,temperature profile,combustion chamber optimization,combustion chamber defects}, title_fa = {تحلیل عملکرد و بهینه سازی محفظه احتراق میکروتوربین به روش عددی}, abstract_fa = {با بررسیهای انجام شده به روی میکروتوربین گازی 180-85GTCp  مشخص گردید که عیوب قسمت داغ موتور دارای فراوانی قابل ملاحظهای می باشند. موتور مذکور الزاماتی را مبنی بر محدودیت کارکرد مداوم دارد و در صورت عدم رعایت این الزامات، بیشترین صدمه متوجه قسمت گرم موتور خواهد بود. از این رو با استفاده از روشهای عددی که ضمن داشتن دقت کافی، هزینه  بسیار پایینتری را نسبت به انجام آزمایش دارند، میتوان توزیع فشار، سرعت و دمای خروجی محفظه احتراق استوانهای واقعی میکروتوربین را به دست آورده و با ارائه هندسهای جدید، عملکرد مناسبتری را برای محفظه احتراق حاصل نمود. تغییرات هندسی در نوع و محل سوراخهای خنککاری لایهای و سوراخهای رقیقسازی سبب به دست آوردن پروفیل دمای مناسبتری در نزدیک دیواره و خروجی محفظه احتراق خواهد شد. با به دست آوردن توزیع دمای مناسب در مجاورت دیواره و در خروجی محفظه میتوان عیوب محفظه احتراق و عیوب توربین را کاهش داد. مقایسه پروفیلهای دما در هندسه اصلی و هندسههای بهینه سازی شده نشان میدهد که پروفیل دمای خروجی در هندسه جدید دارای پیکهای دمایی کمتری نسبت به پروفیل اصلی بوده و پروفیل دما در آن یکنواختتر میباشد. متوسط دمای خروجی از محفظه احتراق اصلی 950 کلوین و متوسط دمای خروجی محفظه بهینه شده 1000 کلوین محاسبه شده، از این رو بازده حرارتی محفظه بهینه شده 8 درصد از بازده حرارتی محفظه اصلی بیشتر است.}, keywords_fa = {محفظه احتراق,موتور میکروتوربین گازی,پروفیل دما,بهینه سازی,عیوب قسمت داغ موتور}, url = {https://www.joae.ir/article_121005.html}, eprint = {https://www.joae.ir/article_121005_742cc14e0bac1fcc6e533bc6b94a85d0.pdf} }
